Used PET Bottling Line 12,000 bph CSD from the manufacturer NATE, built in 2014, offers an hourly production capacity of 12,000 bph. The line is capable of handling current bottle sizes of 1.5 L and 0.5 L, but the filler can work with bottles ranging from 0.25 L to 2.5 L. It is designed to use 1881 short caps.

The line includes air conveyors for empty bottles, including straight sections, curves, and blowers. The NATE monoblock type 40/64/8 combines various processes for optimal efficiency in the production of carbonated beverages, maintaining a CO₂ content of 8 g CO₂/liter. The rinser is equipped with 40 nozzles, while the filler has 64 mechanical volumetric valves. The capper is equipped with 8 heads for the 1881 short cap, and the cap feeding system includes a hopper, elevator, and chute.

The line also includes conveyors for filled bottles and a filled bottle control system (FBI) with an ejector. The SACMI OPERA 8LRF 200A labeling machine from 2014 uses polypropylene labels from a reel and is paired with a CERMEX TSP30LP shrink-wrapping machine from 2012, which is monolane with a shrink tunnel. Conveyors for shrink-wrapped bundles are included, along with a DECIMO XH40/1 handle applicator from 2018.

Finally, the line includes a I.H.S 2/P palletizer from 2012, with a capacity of up to 2,500 packs/hour, and a ROTOMATIC pallet wrapper for efficient completion of the bottling process.
