Before collection: a practical transfer plan

Identify the machinery, origin and destination, access constraints and the intended production layout. The project establishes who handles isolation from utilities, dismantling, lifting, packing and loading. We discuss the available documents and included format equipment so that the transfer is planned around the actual machines.

Transport and preparation at destination

Packing and loading are planned for the machinery and route, with the applicable transport and export documentation. Before dispatch, agree unloading equipment, factory access, positioning, utilities and the line interfaces at destination. Preparing these details in advance helps the teams coordinate the arrival and installation stages.

Installation, start-up and agreed checks

The scope identifies mechanical and electrical installation activities, any adjustments and the commissioning checks to perform with the agreed containers, closures and product. Target output, test materials, operator participation and acceptance steps are defined for the project. Installation and commissioning charges are quoted separately where applicable.
