Request equipment for a new cap or bottle capsule format. Elitekno assesses the closure, container and machine together, distinguishing capping equipment from bottle capsule application and finishing equipment.

A cap and a capsule do different jobs

Specify whether the component closes the container or is a finishing capsule applied over the closure. For a cap, include neck finish, thread or closure geometry and relevant drawings. For a capsule, include material, diameter, length and the required application method. Coffee capsules are a different equipment application.

Check the existing machine configuration

Identify the capper or capsuler by manufacturer, model and serial number. Share the installed head or application system, current format and proposed format. Feeding, orientation, guides and application components must be assessed against the particular machine; a new format does not automatically mean a new closure technology is supported.

Prepare the changeover request

Send samples specifications and the target output, plus any available manuals and photos. We establish the applicable equipment and scope with you. The quotation defines supply, fitting, adjustments and any agreed test or assistance, so you can plan the changeover alongside production.
